Shipment&Deliveries
Within 7 working days of your order confirmation, your products are delivered to the cargo company that will deliver to the address you requested.
Delivery time and conditions may be affected by delivery address conditions (no answer at address, not having an authorized person to take delivery, etc.). The tracking process will start when your order is shipped. You can access the cargo tracking number required to track your order by clicking on your relevant order in the "My Orders" section under the "My Account" menu heading. You can receive your order from the cargo officer by signing and presenting a photo ID.
Please open the cargo box when receiving your product and ensure that its contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any mishap, send the product back with a report to the cargo officer. If you are not present at the address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to alternative person, if present at the delivery address, after their photo ID is checked and signature is received.
After placing an order, the recipient and address cannot be changed.
Cargo Process
- All cargoes are delivered to your address via DHL Express.
- You must fill in your address information (address, street, neighborhood, district) completely so that your delivery can be made correctly and easily.
